Using the service

Ramba is provided for business use. Customers are responsible for how they choose to deploy workflows, configure approvals, connect systems, and operate the product inside their own environment.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, reviewing permission settings, managing access to connected systems, and making sure their use of the service complies with applicable law and internal company requirements.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or process workflows in ways that violate the rights or security of others.

Service availability and changes

We may improve, modify, or update the service over time, including product capabilities, infrastructure, integrations, and support processes. We aim to keep the service reliable, but availability may vary and occasional maintenance or interruptions may occur.

Intellectual property

Ramba and its related materials, software, and branding remain our property or the property of our licensors. Customers retain rights to their own data, materials, and workflow content, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service.

Commercial terms

Pricing may include one-time implementation, a monthly base, and usage-based pricing depending on the scope of deployment. Specific commercial terms are agreed directly with each customer.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the service will be error-free in every circumstance. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service during the applicable period giving rise to the claim.
